CURS events

You have opportunities to share your work at three annual events on the BGSU campus sponsored by the Center for Undergraduate Research and Scholarship. You are encouraged to present more than once, if your topic fits more than one event.

No prior or current CURS funding is required to present at CURS events. All events are open to the public.

Undergraduate Symposium for Research and Scholarship

Our largest event focuses on the work of undergraduate students. Any student who has conducted a research, scholarly or creative project with a faculty mentor in any discipline is invited to present their findings at this annual symposium in late spring.

Embracing Global Engagement Conference

Undergraduate and graduate students share their international, global and intercultural work conducted on campus or overseas at this annual conference at BGSU in the fall.

Symposium on Diversity

This January conference is part of the MLK Day celebrations and features poster presentations on any topic related to diversity from undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff.
